Adam Vikman loaned to Silkeborg IF from IK Sirius

Swedish midfielder Adam Vikman has been loaned from IK Sirius to Danish club Silkeborg IF. The loan deal reportedly runs until this summer and includes an option to buy. Vikman, 22, is expected to complete the move shortly and join his new club on Friday.

Vikman made his breakthrough in the Swedish top division Allsvenskan last year, scoring three goals and providing two assists in 24 league matches. He was appointed captain of IK Sirius ahead of the past season, becoming the youngest captain in the league. He started five of the first six matches in Allsvenskan last year but then made only 12 substitute appearances for the rest of the season. Vikman has a contract with IK Sirius until the end of the 2029 season.

According to reports from Tipsbladet and Expressen, the clubs have agreed on the loan arrangement. Expressen reports that Vikman made a total of 17 matches for IK Sirius last season in Allsvenskan.
