Sam Walker, a Liverpool gangster turned content creator, has been arrested by undercover police in Vietnam after filming plain-clothed officers following him in Hanoi. The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office is understood to be in contact with Vietnamese authorities over his alleged detention.
