A woman in her 20s has been charged with causing another's death and careless driving after hitting a man traveling with a mobility scooter on May 12 on Route 695 south of Edsvalla, Sweden. According to the charges, she was using her mobile phone while driving, which caused her to lose attention and collide with the vehicle ahead. The man died from his serious injuries two days after the crash.
The woman denies the crime.
