Multiple wolf sightings were reported in Hälsingland over the weekend, with residents in Källmyra and Forsa encountering wolves near their homes. The sightings have been reported to the County Administrative Board.

Lena Wåhlander, a resident of Källmyra outside Östervåla, said she saw two wolves in her garden initially, and her partner counted four. According to Wåhlander, the wolves were about 50 meters away from her. She mentioned that she had been out with her dogs earlier that morning. Wåhlander also said she has encountered wolves before, including an incident a couple of years ago when a dog returned with wolves chasing it playfully.

Douglas Dahlström reported seeing a wolf sitting on his property two meters from the kitchen window while having coffee with his family. He said the wolf stared at him for about 20 seconds. Several people in Forsa have seen the wolf over the weekend and reported it to the County Administrative Board, according to local reports.

Ingela Johansson, her husband, and their dog Charlie saw a wolf on Värsnäs after a walk, Johansson said.
