A veteran train tour around Lake Mälaren premiered in the Lake Mälaren region of Sweden. The tour was organized by the Föreningen Sörmlands veteranjärnväg (FSVJ) association, marking the first time it was held under their management. Passengers were pulled by a steam locomotive known as a 'brunlok'.
The association plans to further develop the tour with an electric train to increase speed. The train made stops at several stations, picking up pre-booked passengers in locations including Eskilstuna, Västerås, and Stockholm Central.
