Figures from Östgötatrafiken show that young people aged 16 to 25 are less satisfied than average with using public transport. SVT Östergötland has asked young people in the city why they are dissatisfied and where there is potential for improvement. Ellen Fröjd, 18, says that safer environments are needed on public transport, so people feel secure when boarding the bus.
