Two sports clubs in Sweden have received funding for renovations. The equestrian club ÖOR in Svedjeholmen has reportedly applied for grants from the municipality multiple times due to its facility being heavily neglected, according to the club's operations manager Maggan Eriksson Bech. Meanwhile, Sätila SK has received one million kronor from the Swedish Sports Confederation, allowing it to renovate its building at Lygnevi, according to chairman Joakim Ekberg.

The funding for Sätila SK follows previous developments at Lygnevi, including the construction of a disc golf course, an outdoor gym, a street basketball court, a bike track with jumps and pump tracks, a fairy and troll trail for young children, and the opening of a sports equipment lending library for toys and kayaks.
