Two separate traffic incidents occurred on the E4 highway near Tierp, Sweden, in early April 2026, causing disruptions and leading to police involvement. According to Uppsala Nya Tidning, a car breakdown on April 6 created traffic problems on E4 between the Tierp and Månkarbo interchanges in the direction toward Stockholm. The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) reported that recovery of a passenger car in the right lane was causing the disruption.

The incident was reported at 12:39 on Monday, with traffic expected to be affected until approximately 13:10. Separately, Kuriren reported on April 7 that a 16-year-old driving an A-tractor (EPA tractor) was rear-ended by a light truck on E4 near Måttsund, causing the tractor to roll into a ditch.
