A police patrol later found the vehicle, which was indeed missing a license plate. After a search in the area, a man in his 20s was found who turned out to have been a passenger in the vehicle. Shortly after, another person, a man in his 25s, was encountered who turned out to have been the driver.

He became suspected of unlawfully leaving a traffic accident site, drunk driving, and gross negligence in traffic. The passenger also became suspected of a crime as the patrol encountered a small amount of narcotics during the check. The police note that this is initial information that may change.
