The England international initially listed the 12,500 sq ft home, which includes a cinema, games room, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and changing facilities, for £3.8 million in July 2024. He reduced the asking price to £3 million before accepting the final offer, according to multiple reports. Trippier bought the mansion for £3.1 million in February 2022 and spent £1.6 million on renovations. The sale comes as Trippier and his wife Charlotte are going through a divorce, and the defender appears set to leave Newcastle United after four years at the club.
Meanwhile, Vincent Kompany has listed his Cheshire mansion for £3.45 million. The property features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a swimming pool, sauna, games room, and a football or basketball court. Kompany previously reduced the asking price by £300,000 to £3.65 million last year. The Bayern Munich manager, who has won the Bundesliga title in both his seasons at the club, declined multiple World Cup punditry offers from English broadcasters. Asked about the offers, Kompany said: "Absolutely no chance. Why would I do that in vacation time? Then I wouldn't have any family in Munich next season. No chance."
