Police in Sweden have arrested three individuals suspected of being connected to an extensive wave of thefts in the Tranemo and Ulricehamn areas. According to reports from Borås Tidning, two men and one woman are currently in custody and are suspected of multiple thefts. The arrests come after nearly 30 burglaries were reported in Ulricehamn municipality and surrounding areas in recent months, where perpetrators broke into farm buildings.
Police had previously appealed to the public in February for tips regarding a large number of farm thefts and burglaries throughout the Sjuhärad region. The investigation appears to be ongoing, with authorities working to determine the full extent of the criminal activities.
