The fair was organized by Gävle kommuns vuxenutbildning in cooperation with En bra start (Brynäs IF) and Ett bättre Gävle (Gefle IF). Among the exhibitors was Gästrike räddningstjänst, which was recruiting part-time firefighters, a position reportedly difficult to fill.
