The bucket contained numerous bones that appeared to be human, according to the FBI. Fry is the same man who rammed a truck into a Dallas news station building in 2018.

Investigators learned Fry had stolen an urn containing human remains from a cemetery in Oklahoma City, which was the subject of a police investigation there.
