The association describes current rents as 'sky-high' and believes the rent tribunal will lower them, but the company's CEO has rejected the criticism.

The dispute reportedly involves eight apartments across the three locations. According to the tenant association, a three-room apartment of approximately 69 square meters costs around 19,000 SEK per month, and they are demanding a 50 percent reduction. If Titania does not lower the rents, the matter will be decided by the rent tribunal.
