Team Ramudden is being disbanded after this season. The Swedish team, formed in 2018 with Lina Korsgren as the sole skier, has grown into one of the most successful in Ski Classics. Skier Emilie Fleten joined Team Ramudden in 2022.

Before that, she had podium finishes but no wins in Ski Classics. Her first victory came at Vasaloppet 2023, and she has won 15 victories with the team over four years. Fleten is currently second in the overall standings, with five races remaining.

She says Team Ramudden and Korsgren have meant everything for her career. 'They have meant everything for my skiing career, especially Lina, I would not be the skier I am today without them,' Fleten said. She noted the disbandment news was not a total surprise, considering the challenges of running a team while starting a family.

' She and her teammates aim to enjoy their remaining time together. The women's 50 km race in Orsa Grönklitt will be broadcast on SVT Play on Saturday starting at 08:00.

I have won a total of 15 victories with Team Ramudden and that is over four years. They have meant everything for my skiing career, especially Lina, I would not be the skier I am today without them.
