Speedway star Tai Woffinden has withdrawn from the entire GP season. The British rider crashed severely in a race in Poland a year ago. He lost three liters of blood in the crash and suffered over 15 fractures, a crushed right elbow, and a punctured lung.

He was kept sedated for two weeks. Woffinden is not fully recovered from the crash. He has been given a wild card for the GP series but has decided to return to competition step by step.
