An SVT profile convicted of sexual harassment has been denied a hearing in the Supreme Court. The man was convicted by a unanimous district court last autumn for kissing a female colleague on the mouth against her will during a party after a recording in autumn 2024. He denied the accusations and appealed to the court of appeal, which also denied a hearing.
The Supreme Court reviewed the material and found no reason to grant leave to appeal. The woman later left the production and reported the incident to the police.
