Swedish government proposes temporary fuel tax cut

The Swedish government and the Sweden Democrats have proposed a temporary tax cut on gasoline and diesel, according to Svenska Dagbladet and Sydsvenskan. The tax reduction is reportedly set to apply from May 1 to the end of September. Additionally, the parties have proposed an enhanced electricity support, which is to be paid out for January and February this year, as reported by Svenska Dagbladet.
