According to major media reports, Sunderland will play Liverpool on July 25 at GEODIS Park in Nashville. The club will then face Leeds United on July 30 at the Sports Illustrated Stadium in New Jersey, before taking on Wrexham on August 2 at Subaru Park in Philadelphia. Kick-off times for the matches are yet to be confirmed.

' Sunderland is almost certain to remain in the Premier League after an excellent first season back in the top flight. The club's 1-0 win at Elland Road on Tuesday night took them to 40 points for the campaign and up to 11th in the table. How the pre-season matches will be broadcast or streamed has not been announced.
