Strawberry currently runs three hotels in Luleå: Comfort Hotel Arctic, Clarion Hotel Sense, and Quality Hotel, with a total of approximately 543 rooms. The chain also owns Bodensia in Boden, a 100-room hotel, and is involved in a major project in Norrbotten related to industrial investments: the new entrepreneur accommodation Aurora. According to Norrländska Socialdemokraten, Petter Stordalen described the company as not finished in Luleå yet.
Stordalen recently visited Luleå in connection with the completion of the renovation of Quality Hotel. New hotel rooms are now being inaugurated in the part of the building where the nightclub Cleo previously existed. During the visit, Strawberry organized a running event on Wednesday morning for invited guests.
