At least two people are suspected of crimes against laws on flammable and explosive goods, a teenager is suspected of an order offense for shooting a rocket and was handed over to guardians, and at least five people are suspected of drug offenses. One man was assaulted by several people, but no one has been arrested. Police are working to identify about 20 supporters who were attempting to enter the field.

Before the match, there was traffic disruption in central Stockholm, with police implementing extra camera and drone surveillance in parts of Vasastan, Södermalm, Hötorget, and around 3Arena. The green subway lines 17, 18, and 19 did not stop at Odenplan due to the derby.
