Michael B. Jordan directs and stars in 'The Thomas Crown Affair'. Amazon MGM Studios promised to release 15 movies a year by 2027. Courtenay Valenti, head of film at Amazon MGM Studios, gave an update on the James Bond selection process at CinemaCon. She said Amazon MGM Studios is taking time to select the next James Bond with care and deep respect. Denis Villeneuve is directing the next James Bond film, which includes producers Amy Pascal and David Heyman, executive producer Tanya Lapointe, and screenwriter Steven Knight.

Paramount also said it would look for ways to save some $6 billion through job cuts in duplicative operations.
