Train traffic in Linköping, Sweden, was halted on Thursday morning due to an extensive signal failure, according to Trafikverket. Several of Östgötatrafiken's commuter trains are partially cancelled on the route between Mjölby and Norrköping because of the signal failure. Travel with other train companies such as SJ is also cancelled or rerouted.
The signal failure has been ongoing since 03:42 on Thursday, and Trafikverket's forecast is that it will be fixed after 07:00.
