A special investigations department has started an investigation into a workplace accident and causing bodily injury after an incident where two police officers were injured at sea. The incident occurred around Dragsö in Karlskrona during an exercise. Two people were injured, one seriously, and they have been listed as victims in the case.
The police are being very tight-lipped about the matter, which has now been handed over to the special investigations department. Involved persons will now be interviewed. Chief prosecutor Joakim Zander stated that he cannot specify what other exact investigative measures will be taken.
