Reports of abusive photography have tripled over the past ten years, according to statistics from Brå. In 2016, there were 503 reports, and last year there were 1,500. In several cases, employees in elderly care are suspected.
Lotta Haugland's father, who has dementia, was subjected to abusive photography and harassment last year by an employee in home care. She now wants stricter controls for those working in home care.
