On Monday, 13 April, Quiver Delivery appointed Ian Michael Rose and Paul Mallatratt, both of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, as liquidators, according to multiple reports. The business provided an emission-free delivery service focused on helping retailers offer same-hour, same-day or next-day delivery to customers. Quiver Delivery has attracted numerous mixed online reviews regarding its service on digital review platform Trustpilot.
According to Daily Express - UK News, Trustpilot users described experiences ranging from delayed deliveries to positive service, with one noting that next-day delivery did not arrive as promised and another praising fast delivery and good communication. The reasons for the liquidation, such as financial difficulties or strategic issues, remain unclear. It is unknown whether this will lead to complete closure or restructuring.
Next day delivery doesn't mean next day. Twice in the last month I've ordered something that shipped next day through them and on the day it was supposed to arrive, they hadn't even put it into the tracking system.
The impact on employees, retailers, and customers who rely on the services has not been confirmed.
Absolutely terrible service. I selected next day delivery - didn't turn up. The following day: no delivery. The following day: no delivery. Still waiting.
Great communication and service. My item was delivered during the promised time window, and tracking updates were provided throughout the process.
First time I'd heard of quiver but a good experience. Very fast. Courier rang up to make sure I was there and received the package and was friendly. Hoping the green credentials are good too, but haven't checked! Glad Quiver was chosen and will look out for them in future.
