Pontus Carlsson has left Sandvikens IF and will continue his career with Hässleholms IF in Ettan Södra. The clubs reportedly reached an agreement on the transfer. Carlsson began his senior career at Halmstads BK, where he debuted in Allsvenskan in 2023.
He later played on loan for Falkenbergs FF before joining Sandvikens IF in Superettan ahead of the 2025 season. During his time at Sandvikens IF, he played 21 matches in Superettan, including nine starts, and provided three assists. Carlsson thanked his former club for his time there.
In other news, Joel Voelkerling-Persson has reportedly broken his contract with Öster and is heading to a club in Ettan Södra, according to a separate report.
