Police conducted checks of snowmobile drivers on trails around Funäsdalen and Ramundberget in Härjedalen municipality. 99 snowmobile drivers were tested with a screening instrument and were sober. One snowmobile driver is suspected of drunk driving and a report has been filed.
One snowmobile driver received a fine because the snowmobile lacked a registration plate. Two snowmobile drivers received fines because they were driving snowmobiles that were deregistered. Three people received fines because they lacked a helmet or had a helmet of an unapproved type when riding a snowmobile.
