According to Polisen Norrbotten Händelser, officers were contacted in the afternoon regarding a man in his mid-50s who was found lying in a ditch in central Luleå. The man was taken into custody under the law on apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB). It is unclear what time the incident occurred or what the man was doing before being found.
Police have not disclosed whether he was taken to a hospital or a detoxification center.
