Police were called to Östra Förstadsgatan due to an outdoor fight, according to multiple reports. When patrols arrived, they found a man with cut injuries who was taken to hospital by police, sources said. An 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, with information about the injury condition referred to Region Skåne's press service.
A search operation is ongoing to find the perpetrator, with police continuing to investigate by knocking on doors, checking surveillance cameras, and conducting technical investigations.
In a separate incident, police were sent to Bergsgatan due to a personal robbery, multiple reports indicate. A 15-year-old boy reports he was kicked and beaten by two perpetrators who stole his mobile phone. According to Aftonbladet, perpetrators beat, took a chokehold, and threatened to kill to get into a mobile phone.
The men then left the scene by bicycle, sources said. The police camera surveillance center, KBC, spotted the men in their cameras at Södervärn, and patrol was sent to the location, leading to both being arrested.
The two arrested in the robbery case, a 55-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, are suspected of robbery, assault, and violation of the knife law, according to reports.
