Paralympian Ebba Årsjö, born with a misshapen leg, has discussed her past shame about it in a new SVT documentary. She said she was not comfortable showing her leg and felt it should be hidden, forgotten, and not exist. Årsjö won two gold medals and one bronze at the Paralympics in Beijing four years ago and is one of Sweden's biggest medal hopes for the upcoming competitions in Milano Cortina.
A few years ago, she posted a notable Instagram post publicly showing her injured right leg for the first time.
