Prosecutors allege the seven defendants acted on behalf of the father. Multiple officials and politicians in Huddinge municipality have reportedly lived in fear and anxiety since three children were taken into LVU care. The father allegedly threatened not only officials and politicians but also mentioned their relatives in emails.

One politician, whose car was burned and now lives under a protected identity, told SVT Stockholm: "It's clear that this affects who wants to work here, who wants to become a social secretary in Huddinge." The verdict against the seven defendants is expected to be delivered today.
