Noah Steen has confirmed that he will not play for Örebro Hockey next season. According to reports, he plans to play for Syracuse, the AHL affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning, next season. Steen reportedly signed an NHL contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning earlier in the week.
He made 22 points (12 goals and 10 assists) in 52 games for Örebro Hockey during the past season. Steen has already traveled to North America to finish the season in the AHL and is expected to make his AHL debut on Saturday. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the seventh round in 2024.
