A new digital service called Consensra has been developed in Västernorrland to provide support for victims of violence. According to SVT Västernorrland, the service was created by Linda Bjermqvist, who previously worked as a contact person and coordinator for violence-affected families.

The web service is designed to be individually tailored and offers the help users need regardless of what stage they're at in seeking support. It can provide connections to social services, police, schools, healthcare, and other authorities. The service is anonymous and does not store any user data.

"It was important to me that it became a digital tool that is easily accessible and inclusive. It's built for all victims of violence regardless of gender and age," said founder Linda Bjermqvist.

This spring, the service will be tested at a women's shelter and a youth organization. Mid Sweden University will also evaluate the tool during testing for potential feedback, advice, and lessons during the project.

Bjermqvist has received help from the municipal Bizmaker, which promotes self-employed individuals and startups in Västernorrland. The hope is to establish the service in the public sector and reach as many people as possible.
