A 12-year-old girl has been missing in Uppsala since lunchtime on March 16. She was last seen wearing a black down jacket, pinkish suede shoes, black headphones, and a gray backpack. Police describe the girl as approximately 160 cm tall with long curly light hair.

Police do not suspect any crime in her disappearance but are still interested in receiving tips from the public. In Västerås, an 80-year-old woman was last seen at 08:30 near her residence north of Råby sports ground. She is approximately 180-185 cm tall, wearing blue jeans and black shoes with white soles and possibly orange shoelaces.

She may appear confused and have difficulty orienting herself. A picture of her has been published with relatives' approval. A 45-year-old woman has gone missing from the hospital area in Dalarna, disappearing sometime during the afternoon.

She was wearing a brown coat and sneakers, has long blonde hair, and is 174 cm tall, according to police. Police request public tips and observations about her. In Strömsund, a 65-year-old woman was last seen at her home on Solbacken at 17:10.

She is 165 cm tall with a small build, has a dark pageboy haircut with a center part, and is probably wearing dark sweatpants and bright pink gym shoes, police said. In Norway, a girl is missing from a hiking group at Vidaråsen in Andebu, wearing a blue jacket with a hood and small rain pants, according to police. A woman in her 60s did not return home at the agreed time in Vågland, Heim municipality, after going for a walk around 11 AM.

She was reported missing by a family member around 8 PM. Police, ambulance, and fire services are on site, and the rescue helicopter Sar Queen has been sent, according to operations leader Bjørnar Gaasvik. A notice has been sent to volunteer organizations, and police have a dog handler and drone pilot in action.

In Steinkjer center, a missing woman was reported by an institution, and police were alerted at 2:10 PM. Gaasvik stated there is no suspicion that anything criminal has occurred. An elderly woman with dementia in her 80s disappeared around lunchtime on Saturday in the Heleneholm area and was still missing as of 9:30 PM.

In Örebro, police, rescue services, and Missing People have been searching for several days in Svartån for a woman in her 55s who disappeared Saturday evening. The search concentrated around Svartån near the castle because that is where she was last seen. On Thursday, the search in Svartån was discontinued; police are instead doing internal work, reviewing camera footage from Örebro to find more clues, according to Christina Hallin of the police.

A woman found dead in the water south of Hammarö has been identified as the woman missing since winter. She was reported missing from her home at Gunnarskär on January 20. Police do not suspect any crime in connection with the death, and relatives have been notified.

In Växjö, a police helicopter hovered for several hours on Wednesday, including over Öjaby, concerning a missing young woman. She is around 18 years old, does not speak Swedish, is unfamiliar with the local area, and is described as 168 cm tall, slim, with long hair, wearing a black and white jacket. At 06:40, police announced on their website that the woman had been found and was not injured.

On Thursday morning, police were tight-lipped about the circumstances and would not disclose where or when she was found. In Örebro, a woman was last seen leaving a restaurant in the northern part of central Örebro with an acquaintance. They left at the same time but went in different directions, with the woman walking towards the castle.

When she disappeared, she was wearing a light fleece jacket, dark jeans, and probably sports shoes. Relatives contacted the police on Sunday and reported her missing. According to police spokesperson Mats Öhman, a crime cannot be ruled out, but there is nothing to indicate one.

Police searched for her during the night and Monday, using a helicopter and gathering information in various ways. Her phone is no longer active. Police are asking the public for tips: anyone who saw her after 9 PM on Saturday or has information should call 114 14 and ask for the regional command center in Örebro, or 112 in an emergency.

On Long Island, New York, Brittany Kritis-Garip, 32, went missing after reportedly jumping out of a moving car, throwing her phone into a bush, and fleeing Friday night in Oyster Bay. She is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket with a fur collar. Her distraught family has been searching for her near the East Norwich-Oyster Bay border.

Nassau County police have sent up their helicopter and drones several times since Friday to try to locate her. A search operation is underway for two women who got lost near Revsbakkane in Strand municipality, Norway. The women first contacted police at 6:36 PM for guidance but never reached the agreed meeting point; police assume their phones ran out of power.

Police, volunteers, drones, and a rescue helicopter are participating in the search. In Finland, police in Jyväskylä are searching for a missing 19-year-old woman last seen after noon in the Mäyrämäki area. She has long blonde hair often in a ponytail, a black windbreaker, dark blue jeans, is about 165 cm tall, and looks younger than her age.

Police ask the public to report any sightings of the missing woman to 112. Several long-term missing persons cases remain open. A 35-year-old man named Cyrus has been missing since February 12, last seen in Utansjö.

A 57-year-old man named Michael has been missing since sometime between mid-November and early December, last seen in Svenljunga. A 51-year-old woman named Pernilla has been missing since January 19, last seen in Skoghall around 23:30. A 39-year-old woman named Karin has been missing since November 20, last seen in Östhammar around 13:00.

A 34-year-old woman named Matilda has been missing since autumn 2024, last seen in Mjölby. In Växjö, a woman in her 40s was found dead in an apartment on the night to Saturday. A man who was released is still a suspect in the case, according to prosecutor Annie Runander.
