Moderate councillors quit party in Eskilstuna

In Eskilstuna, Sweden, three Moderate Party municipal councillors have left the party within a week, citing top-down control and unbearable personal conflicts. The ruling coalition of the Social Democrats and Moderates no longer holds its own majority in the municipal council. According to reports, the coalition is expected to seek help from its former partner, the Centre Party, to retain power until the next election.
