A man was rescued after falling and injuring his shoulder while skiing on a mountain in Åre, Sweden. The police duty officer decided to initiate a mountain rescue operation under the law on protection against accidents. Mountain rescuers and a helicopter were dispatched, and the man was transported by helicopter to medical care.
