A man in his 20s has been convicted by Blekinge District Court for a minor drug offense after attempting to use an unusual defense for the second time. According to court reports, the man claimed he had ingested cocaine and cannabis by drinking his girlfriend's urine during sexual intercourse, describing it as a sexual fetish.

The man was first acquitted a year ago when he used this explanation after testing positive for both cocaine and cannabis. However, when police encountered him again in Karlshamn in early December and he appeared intoxicated, he attempted the same defense. In a police interview, the man stated, "I deny it. I have never used drugs in my entire life. If the blood test shows positive, it's because the girl I was with was under the influence."

He added, "It's the same thing now as before, I have a fetish where I drink urine during intercourse."

The court found his explanations unreasonable and convicted him this time for minor drug offenses, sentencing him to day fines. The case highlights the court's rejection of what it deemed an implausible defense for drug intoxication.
