A man in his 30s has been charged with ten cases of rape against a child, who is the plaintiff. The man is also suspected of one case of gross exploitation of a child for sexual posing and two cases of gross child pornography offenses. According to the indictment, the rapes occurred physically and via video calls.
The crimes were filmed on several occasions, and the accused allegedly depicted the plaintiff in 57 child pornographic images and videos. The accused denies the crimes.
