A man was arrested in Arvika, Sweden, on April 5. Police responded to a traffic accident on Lv 869, but no one was at the scene. Officers located a man in his 50s in an outbuilding near the site.
He was arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful entry for breaking into a boathouse and aggravated drunk driving under the influence of narcotics. He is also suspected of causing the traffic accident. Additional charges may follow.
The man is a resident of Norway.
