The contract with the security company CSG is valid for four years. At the same time as the new ticket controllers start working, Mälardalstrafik is also tightening the requirement for passengers to travel on the train that the ticket applies to. As it is now, one cannot buy a single ticket in the app for a delayed train that is standing in because the departure time has passed.
