The decisive game in Norrbotten ended with a 1-0 victory for Luleå. Anton Levtchi scored the only goal 36 seconds into the third period during a power play, marking his sixth goal of the playoffs.
Luleå goaltender Matteus Ward reportedly saved all 26 shots from Frölunda to secure the shutout. According to reports, Frölunda had more play early in the game but failed to score, and Luleå had a goal disallowed in the second period after video review. Frölunda's season is now over, while Luleå will face rival and regular-season champion Skellefteå in the semifinals.
