According to reports from Norrländska Socialdemokraten and Kuriren, the company won three prestigious awards: Årets rekryteringsföretag (Recruitment Company of the Year), Årets raket bemanning (Rocket Staffing of the Year), and Årets raket rekrytering (Rocket Recruitment of the Year).
The awards ceremony reportedly featured strong competition, with over 600 nominations across the three categories according to information from the event organizer. Student Consulting, founded and owned by Tobias Lindfors, has experienced significant growth in recent years. The company has reportedly achieved organic growth of 760 million SEK over the past five years.
Student Consulting currently holds contracts including staffing substitute teachers in Luleå's schools. The company's strong performance at the industry gala highlights its position in the competitive Swedish recruitment market.
