Leksand defeated Djurgården 5-2 in a SHL match at Globen in Stockholm on Saturday. Djurgården started strongly, scoring two quick goals to lead 2-0 early in the first period. Leksand reduced the deficit to 2-1 by the end of the first period, then equalized early in the second through Lukas Vejdemo.

Oskar Lang scored to give Leksand the lead later in the second period, and they extended it to win 5-2. This was Leksand's second consecutive win against Djurgården at Globen, following a 5-0 victory on December 27. Leksand, who are last in the SHL, have been performing strongly recently, making the end of the regular season more competitive.
