An avalanche occurred at Guvertsfjället just south of Ammarnäs in Sorsele, Sweden. Police have initiated a mountain rescue operation involving a helicopter, snowmobiles, and an avalanche dog. Three snowmobiles were observed driving in the area, but it is unclear if anyone was caught in the avalanche.
An ambulance helicopter is also en route to the location.
