Lättlagrat AB is taking over the premises at Notviksstan in Luleå, Sweden, where Alcatraz previously operated. The company has signed a twelve-year agreement for the 1,734-square-meter property, known as Staget 8. Lättlagrat AB, a self-storage operator in Sweden and Finland, currently has a facility at Ytterviken and is establishing an additional one in Luleå.
According to reports, the company's CEO, Erik Malmelöv, stated they had long been searching for the right property for their second facility in the city.
