Lars Bryggman, a forward for Skellefteå AIK, has bought a house in Skellefteå, Sweden, despite his contract with the team expiring after the season. The 33-year-old player reportedly purchased a villa on Eriksberg, stating that he and his wife needed a larger home as they are expecting to become a family of four this summer. Bryggman said they like it in Skellefteå and bought the house because they want to live there.
However, his hockey future remains unclear, with reports indicating he is rumored to be returning to Finland to play for TPS Åbo in the upcoming season, after earlier interest from Ilves. Bryggman has noted that a dialogue with Skellefteå AIK's general manager has been lacking, and he commented that what the future holds hockey-wise will be addressed later.
