Under the pretense of a burglary wave in the area and that her valuables needed protection, she was persuaded to hand over items including jewelry and bank cards to a person who arrived at her home during the call. Police were on site on Friday for information gathering and filed a report on fraud. There is no estimated value yet of what the fraudsters obtained, and no suspect in the case.
