A woman was arrested for suspected drunk driving in Kristianstad on April 8. Police received reports of a person drinking from a beer can in a car in the parking lot at Kanalhuset near Tivolibadet and reportedly staggering when walking. The driver left the scene but was stopped by a patrol.
A sobriety test showed a positive result, and the woman was taken for further testing on suspicion of drunk driving. Police note that the information is preliminary and may change.
