According to Daily Mirror - Main, Kris Marshall described receiving multiple dressings-down from Beyond Paradise bosses for dropping spoilers. The actor, who reprised his role as DI Humphrey Goodman in 2023, said he needs more media training. The fourth series premieres on March 27 on BBC One.
Marshall can be away from his family for four or five months while filming in Devon and Cornwall. He gets home every other weekend and rents the same place each year near the filming location. He enjoys the solitude and the coastal environment, which he calls 'vitamin sea' and believes is good for his mental health. Marshall spent an 'enormous amount of time' in Devon and Cornwall in his youth and acknowledges 'huge pockets of deprivation' in the region due to fading mining and fisheries.
